Delivery time: 3 to 7 business days during the normal season, and 8 to 10 business days during the peak season.
Returns: You can return any item purchased in our official Terraloma online store.
Deadline: You have 30 calendar days after delivery of the product to request a return for size, model, or color.
The product must be returned in excellent condition , unused and in its original packaging (box and labels).

Avoid bringing it close to sharp objects or vigorously rubbing laser or embroidery applications. Also, avoid exposing it to solvents or harsh chemicals. For maintenance, wipe it with a cloth slightly dampened with clean water to remove dust, let it dry at room temperature, and finally rub it with a leather polishing sponge to restore its natural shine.
